Although the Auditor's Office does not currently create mineral parcels or assign value to minerals, we do charge and collect transfer and conveyance fees on transfers of any portion of mineral interests (other than royalty interest). We currently maintain two spreadsheets containing basic data on transfers of mineral interest and oil and gas interest for those parties who need to research them.
