Complaint Procedure

Complaints and/or questions shall be submitted in writing or in person and follow the progressive command below.

  1. The complaint is first submitted to the Coordinator of the program and is not resolved within one week then;
  2. The Grantee of the program, the Monroe County Commissioners, address at their regular meeting and if not resolved by their regular meeting then;
  3. To the County Complaint  Review Officer and if not resolved in one week then;
  4. All unresolved complaints at the local level will be submitted to the Ohio Department of Transportation for a final decision.
